PTZ CAMERAS
PTZ cameras, short for Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras, are surveillance cameras equipped with motorized mechanisms that enable them to pan (move horizontally), tilt (move vertically), and zoom in on specific areas or objects. These cameras offer greater flexibility and coverage compared to fixed cameras, as they can be remotely controlled to change their viewing angles and zoom levels in real-time. PTZ cameras are commonly used in security and surveillance systems in various settings such as retail stores, parking lots, stadiums, and city surveillance. They often feature high-definition video, optical and digital zoom capabilities, motion tracking, preset positions, and automatic tours for efficient monitoring of large areas.
